What is PEMF?

Scientifically speaking, PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field) Therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment which harnesses the natural power of magnetic fields to rejuvinate the body at a cellular level allowing better circulation of oxygen and nutrients into the cells, and waste products out of the cells.

Here at PEMF Therapies Ireland I trust in the unique design of the Hofmag PEMF device. This incredible device stands out as the sole PEMF device featuring an oscillating pulse emitted to the cell 6 times per second while penetrating up to 20cm deep into the body. This oscillating pulse duration is 10 times longer compared to a lot of other conventional PEMF devices. It has been proven that in order to reach the best effect, the cell should be exposed to the magnetic field for as long as possible. By using PEMF we can boost cellular metabolism helping to reduce swelling, relax muscles, decrease nerve irritibility, stimulate tissue healing, strenghten bones and promote healing. PEMF therapy reduces pain and inflammation as well as promotig nerve regeneration, muscle relaxiton and immune system responces. PEMF is a great way to also prevent injury by keeping the body working optimally!

PEMF therapy helps with the body's own natural processs helping us to reach our absolute full potential! Whether it be in the show jumping ring, on the race track, in the cross country field or just for pure enjoyment, PEMF can help you!

Fun fact, the therapeutic benefits of PEMF have now been so well documented that the space administration NASA recently dropped over $3.5 million in PEMF research, with a view to use the treatment to reverse the bone loss experienced in astronauts following extended periods of time in gravity-free environments.

What can PEMF do for you?

It's science... It's complicated... but it doesn't need to be. Quite simply, PEMF therapy puts the body in a position to do what it does naturally and heal itself - with no downtime!
